About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to every order placed on revyurank.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

RevyuRank is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google, Google Business Profile and Google Maps are trademarks of Google LLC.

Our services

We offer review generation systems, Google Business Profile optimization, review response management and reputation recovery for businesses. What each plan includes is listed on its service page at the time you order, and that description forms part of your order.

Orders and payment

• All prices are in US dollars, one-time and per business location, unless stated otherwise.
• We accept crypto, Wise, Payoneer, bank transfer and, where offered, card payments.
• Your order is confirmed only after we verify your payment. Please include your order number with every payment.
• Payment fees charged by your bank, wallet or payment provider are paid by you.
• We may decline an order before work starts. If we do, we refund your payment in full.

Delivery and access

Delivery times (10, 30 or 90 days) start when your payment is confirmed and we have the access and information needed to begin. Delays in giving access or answering our questions extend the delivery time by the same amount.

We work through manager access that you grant from your own Google account. We never ask for your password, and you can remove our access at any time. Removing access before your plan ends stops the remaining work.

Your responsibilities

• You own or are authorized to manage the business and profile you order for.
• The information you give us is accurate and truthful.
• You will not ask us to break the rules of Google or any other platform.
• You are responsible for the products and services your business provides to its customers.

Platform rules we follow

We work within Google’s policies and consumer protection laws. We do not write, buy or trade reviews, offer incentives for reviews, ask only selected customers for reviews, or create fake listings. We may stop work and end an order if we are asked to do any of these things. In that case, the refund rules for cancellation during work apply.

Results and guarantees

Google and other platforms decide rankings, review visibility and review removals. Customers decide whether to leave a review and what to write. For these reasons we do not guarantee a specific number of reviews, rating, ranking position or the removal of any review.

What we do guarantee is that the work described in your plan is delivered on time, carefully and within platform rules. If we fail to deliver it, our Refund Policy applies.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or actions taken by Google or other third parties, including changes to their policies, tools or algorithms.

Work we deliver, such as templates, scripts and reports, becomes yours to use once your payment is confirmed.
