How it works

From a half-filled profile to a complete one

We work with manager access you grant us. You approve every change before it goes live.

  1. Profile audit

We compare your profile with the top local competitors and list every gap and error.

  2. Fix the basics

Categories, hours, contact details and business information are corrected first.

  3. Build it out

We write your description, add services and products, and plan the photos you need.

  4. Keep it active

Regular updates, photo additions and checks keep your profile fresh and accurate.

What’s included

Every section of your profile, done properly

Small details decide whether a searcher calls you or keeps scrolling. We cover all of them.

Categories and services

Your primary category has a big effect on which searches you appear in. We research the categories your competitors use, pick the most accurate ones for you and list every service you actually offer.

Business description

A clear, honest description that tells customers what you do and where, within Google’s 750 characters.

Photo plan

A list of the real photos that build trust: your storefront, team, work and products.

Hours and attributes

Regular, holiday and special hours plus attributes like accessibility and payment options.

Listing consistency

We check that your name, address and phone match on major directories and your website.

Ongoing updates

Profiles that change often look active to customers. On the Scale plan we add new photos, post updates about offers and news, and fix any edits made to your profile by others.

Review section health

We check your review link, rating trend and unanswered reviews, and flag what needs attention.

What profile optimization means

Google Business Profile optimization means making your profile complete, accurate and useful, so Google understands what you offer and customers trust you enough to call, visit or book.

Many profiles are created once and then forgotten. The category is too broad, services are missing, hours are out of date and the only photos are from years ago. Each of these gaps costs you visibility and customers, and most owners don’t know they are there.

Why your profile decides who gets the call

When someone searches for a service near them, they usually see a map with a few businesses before any website. Many decide right there: they compare ratings, photos and hours, then tap call or directions without visiting a single website.

Google says local results are based mainly on relevance, distance and prominence. You can’t change your distance from a searcher, but a complete profile improves how relevant you look for a search, and reviews and an active profile support your prominence.

What we optimize

Primary and additional categories

Your primary category is one of the strongest signals for which searches you appear in. We check the categories used by businesses that rank well in your area and choose the most accurate match for what you actually do, then add relevant secondary categories.

Business description

Google gives you up to 750 characters. We use them to explain what you do, who you serve and what makes you different, in plain language. No keyword stuffing, no links, no promotional claims that break the rules.

Services and products

Listing each service helps Google match you to specific searches, such as “emergency boiler repair” instead of only “plumber”. We add every service you offer with a short description.

Photos

Real photos of your place, team and work tell customers what to expect. We give you a simple list of the photos that matter most for your type of business and add them for you on ongoing plans.

Hours, attributes and contact details

Wrong hours lead to angry customers and bad reviews. We set regular and holiday hours, add attributes that apply to you and make sure your phone and website links work.

A strong profile and a steady flow of new reviews work best together. Our Google review generation system brings in new reviews, and our review response management service makes sure every one of them gets a thoughtful reply.

The Google guidelines we follow

Google publishes guidelines for representing your business. Breaking them can lead to a suspended profile, which removes you from Maps until it is fixed. Every change we make stays inside these guidelines.

  • Your real business name only. No extra keywords or locations added to the name.
  • A real address. No virtual offices or mailbox addresses. Service-area businesses hide their address correctly.
  • One profile per location. No duplicate or extra listings.
  • Accurate categories. Only categories that describe what you actually do.

We work through manager access that you grant from your own account. We never ask for your Google password, and you can remove our access at any time.

Who this service is for

Profile optimization helps any business that gets customers from Google Search or Maps, including:

  • Businesses that appear for their own name but not for their services
  • New businesses setting up a profile for the first time
  • Owners whose profile was set up years ago and never updated
  • Service-area businesses such as cleaners, plumbers and movers
  • Brands with several locations that need the same, correct setup

What results to expect

A complete profile usually gets more views, calls and direction requests over time, which you can see in your profile’s performance report. How much changes depends on your location, competition and current state of the profile. If your rating has already been hurt by a wave of bad or unfair reviews, our reputation recovery service is the better place to start.

We don’t promise a top position in the map results. Nobody honest can, because Google decides rankings and distance from the searcher plays a big part. What we do promise is a profile that is complete, accurate, within the guidelines and ready to earn every customer it can reach.

FAQ

Questions about profile optimization

Will optimization put me at the top of Google Maps?

No one can guarantee a position, because Google decides rankings and the searcher’s distance matters a lot. A complete, accurate profile gives you the best chance to show up for the right searches.

Do you need my Google password?

No. You add us as a manager from your own account. You keep full ownership and can remove our access at any time.

Can you help if my profile isn’t verified?

Yes. We guide you through Google’s verification steps and prepare everything needed. The verification itself has to be completed by the business owner.

Should I add keywords to my business name?

No. Adding keywords that aren’t part of your real business name breaks Google’s guidelines and can get your profile suspended. We use the description and services for that instead.

Is a one-time optimization enough?

It fixes the foundation. Profiles that keep getting new photos, updates and reviews tend to stay stronger, which is why many businesses choose the 90-day Scale plan.

Do you work with service-area businesses?

Yes. We set up your service areas correctly and keep your home address hidden, as Google requires for businesses that visit customers.
