Google Review Link Generator

Create a direct link that opens your Google review form in one tap. Share it by text, email, on receipts or on your website, and make leaving a review effortless.

Always click “Test link” before sharing. It should open your review form on Google with the stars ready to tap.

How to find your Place ID

Every business on Google Maps has a unique Place ID. It’s the key to building a review link that opens your review form directly.

Option 1: Google’s Place ID Finder

Open Google’s official Place ID Finder, type your business name in the search box on the map and pick your business. The Place ID appears in the box on the map. Copy it and paste it into the tool above.

Option 2: Your Business Profile

Search for your business on Google while signed in to the account that manages it. In your Business Profile panel, choose the option to ask for reviews. Google gives you a short review link you can paste into the tool to check it and turn it into a QR code.

Most customers are happy to leave a review, but they won’t search for your business, scroll to the reviews and look for the button. A direct link skips all of that. One tap opens the review form with the stars ready, which is why it’s the single biggest easy win for getting more reviews.

Where to share your link

  • Text messages right after a visit or finished job
  • Follow-up emails and email signatures
  • Receipts, invoices and thank-you cards as a QR code
  • Your website on the contact or thank-you page

Turn your link into a printable code with our review QR code generator, and write the request itself with our review request message builder.

Rules to follow

  • Send it to every customer, not only the ones you think are happy.
  • Don’t offer rewards for reviews, including discounts or prize draws.
  • Never write reviews yourself or ask staff and family to post them.

These rules come from Google’s review policies. Want the whole process set up and running for you? See our Google review generation service.

FAQ

Questions about review links

Does the review link expire?

No. A link built from your Place ID keeps working as long as your business stays on Google Maps.

Do customers need a Google account?

Yes. Google requires reviewers to be signed in. Most people already are on their phone, so it rarely slows them down.

Can I use a Google Maps link instead?

A normal Maps link opens your listing, not the review form. Use your Place ID so the link opens the form directly.

Is this tool free?

Yes, completely free. The link is built in your browser and nothing is saved.
